Hey tri team!!!

Have you spent the whole term swimming:



and biking:


and running:



with seemingly no purpose because race season doesn't start until May??

FEAR NOT! Mark your calendars, because next SUNDAY 11/13 at 10 am we will be having our second annual on-campus ~~INDOOR TRIATHLON~~!

What is an indoor triathlon, you may ask? We will SWIM 400 meters in the pool, BIKE 12 miles in the spin room, and RUN a 5K (just over 3 miles) outside. Warm up starts at 10am and we should be done by noon. This is a perfect opportunity for first timers to get a feel for doing all three in a row, and a great way for everyone to get some numbers that will help you plan your training until race season begins! It's just within our team and meant to be fun and informative. 

Please FILL OUT THIS SUPER QUICK FORM if you are going to participate so we can make sure we have enough spin bikes and pool space. If you're injured or not into every leg, feel free to sign up for any combination of the three (check the boxes on the form).

What to bring: 
- sneakers
- towel
- water bottle
- swimming stuff (suit, cap, goggles) 
- tri suit/ clothes that you can wear both biking and running
** we will have to change between the swim and bike**

P.S. This also means no practice on Saturday, 11/12 - the swim team has a meet so we don't have the pool that day anyway. Use it as an (active) recovery day!
