After a quiet start, activity at Campbell Flats picked up nicely this morning. Among the 30 species I encountered were:

Eastern Phoebe  6
Blue-headed Vireo  2     1 singing
Philadelphia Vireo  2     1 feeding on black cherries
Red-eyed Vireo  1
House Wren  1
Gray Catbird  5
Cedar Waxwing  10
Common Yellowthroat  1
Magnolia Warbler  1
Palm Warbler (Western)  3
Yellow-rumped Warbler (Myrtle)  6
Chipping Sparrow  1
White-throated Sparrow  9
Savannah Sparrow  12
Song Sparrow  30
Swamp Sparrow  3
Rose-breasted Grosbeak  1
Indigo Bunting  11
Red-winged Blackbird  15 in corn
Purple Finch  1
American Goldfinch  8 (1 adult feeding a fully-fledged juvenile)
