I finally encountered a bona fide flock of migrants this morning at Doug and Spencer Hardy's beaver wetland off Tucker Hill Road in Norwich. Follow-up birding at Campbell Flats was far quieter, with no signs whatsoever of newly-arrived migrants.

Among 17 species in 35 minutes were 11 warblers:

Eastern Wood-Pewee  1 singing
Least Flycatcher  1
Red-eyed Vireo  1
Red-breasted Nuthatch  1
White-breasted Nuthatch  3
Black-and-white Warbler  3
Tennessee Warbler  2
Nashville Warbler  1
Common Yellowthroat  2
Northern Parula  1
Magnolia Warbler  2
Blackburnian Warbler  2
Chestnut-sided Warbler  4
Blackpoll Warbler  1
Black-throated Blue Warbler  1
Black-throated Green Warbler  6
