Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. We have an amazing number of Hummers again this year at our feeders, perhaps as many as a dozen. Like a few years ago...Pretty crazy when you sit out on the deck. They pay no attention to people when the competition between them is so keen.... its like sitting out on a runway....lots of near misses.
