one stayed for it this weekend

   Upper body focus:

   15 pushups
   x15 each person: crunch, and chest press
   throw w med ball w partner
   1 minute plank
   30 second plank each side
   30 russian twists each side with med ball
   30 tricep presses above head with med ball
   20 leg lifts on back
   1 minute back plank

   2x through


Today:

   Lower body focus:

   1:00 minute each
   leg lift
   side plank left
   side plank right
   superman

   cat/cow
   5 ball V-backs

   Legs/statics: 5s rise, 5s fall
   20 one legged calf raises (10 per leg)
   20 lunges (10 per leg)
   20 one leg squats (10 per leg)
   30 mountain climbers (30 each leg)

   X 3 times
