Below is the upper body focused workout for the week. Please try to fit it in on your own time or with a group after one of the other practices this week.

Also, if you were at Thursday's practice, you should now have access to Jim's recording of your stroke! More analysis from Jim to come later. If you do not, or if you were sent the wrong video, please let me know.

20 normal squats
25 tricep extensions with med ball
30 crunches
1 minute plank
30 second plank each side
50 russian twists (each side)
15 burpees
14 push-ups 7 ea. one leg lifted
20 bicep curls with med ball (or weights... you can do more reps with med ball)
