Hey guys!


Just wanted to let you all know that there is a 5K this Sunday! (I attached the link to register.) It starts right across the gym at 2pm, and it's a fundraiser for orphans in Ethiopia. I'm running in it, and I'd love some company!


I already registered as a part of the DERT team, and it looks like I would have to re-register to start a Triathlon team, but I encourage anyone who's interested to either join the DERT team or start a new one for Tri members.
