You're excited to advise executives in a variety of industries about their design and marketing projects, and you're eager to problem-solve how Illustria's innovative 'Design on Demand' model can integrate with their existing needs, and then sell them on that idea, bringing enlightened design to companies and driving growth for Illustria. You'll learn the design business through direct mentoring, no experience necessary. Most of all, you want to move to DC, take risks while learning together, and raise the bar for an already stand-out team.
