I also found the Rough-legged Hawk around 4:45. Driving along Stevens Road, I saw it flying over the cornfield a few tenths of a mile from Rt.5. It then perched in a pine above the intersection of Stevens and Rabbit Road. It stayed there for a few minutes before flying north. I tried to follow it without success.
