Tonight at 6:00 Coeus becomes Read-Only and RAPPORT Grants Express goes off-line.

 

This is the start of the implementation of RAPPORT Full Grants on March 17. The Go-Live process marks the transition from our legacy grants management systems of ePRF and Coeus to all proposal and award information being captured in RAPPORT Full Grants.

Monday March 9

Coeus becomes Read-Only and RAPPORT Grants Express goes off-line

Thursday March 12

6:00PM

 

RAPPORT Full Grants comes-on-line.

Tuesday March 17

8:00AM

 

During the cutover/outage and for a week after, the COI system will be available, but will have stale data – i.e., no proposals submitted after Go-Live will feed into the COI System.  We will alert you as to when the COI system feed from Rapport is up and running.

 

With Go-Live, there will be new URLs for the two RAPPORT Modules. These will be provided in an email when RAPPORT Full Grants comes on-line. The old URLs will forward to these new addresses for a period of time.
