RAPPORT is the research administrator and PI portal (RAPPORT) that provides comprehensive tools for proposal and
award management and human study approvals. RAPPORT includes future plans to integrate conflict of interest disclosures.
RAPPORT Grants will implement new functionality on March 17th.
The system will undergo a major upgrade and will be unavailable from March 12th until March 17th.
Please submit proposals due between March 12th - 17th,
by March 12th at 12:00 PM (Noon). If you have questions concerning proposals in this time frame, please contact your OSP Grants
Officer.
What is changing?

Document storage of all proposals.
Upload all final documents to serve as the official institutional proposal record.

Transparency and document storage for all award information.
·
Submission of new, resubmissions, competing renewals and non-competing continuations.
·
Transparency for issuance of sub-awards.
·
No more paper routing forms for any proposal.
·
All proposals will be routed via RAPPORT including non-grants.gov.
·
Automatic notices for key personnel needing to complete COI disclosures.
Principal Investigators, Chairs, Deans, and Other Approvers will review and approve all proposals via RAPPORT (federal and non-federal). You will receive an email notification
with a link to the system. We recommend you use the link to quickly navigate to the proposal. Please check the OSP website after March 17th for user guides.
Please note that the OSP deadline policy still in effect (7 days for administrative pieces and routing, 2 days for final submission)
