If you look at the data in ebird it can show interesting trends. In Explore
Data / Line Graphs, filter on Ruby-throated Hummingbird.  Compare all
years, (or just 2013) with 2014 (High Count).  It's a little early in the
season to conclude anything yet but there does appear to be a bigger drop
off in numbers this year.  it will be interesting to see how 2014 pans out
over the next few months.
