There was a northern wheatear at the VA Hospital parking lot in White River until at least 12:30.  It was foraging on bare ground between the rows of cars below the flag pole.  It is very tame and allows approaches to 20 feet.  As you enter the VA driveway, take the first left into the parking area and bear right.  That will take you below the flag pole where you must turn left.  Take the second left and park.  The bird was feeding primarily on the ground above that row of cars.

It is robin sized with a black mask on the eyes, white above it, buff throat and upper chest, black wings and tail, with a prominent white rump patch when it flies. gray head and back.  Quite a bird.
