I finally saw it just after noon on Sunday.  It was not on any of the fence posts and I had given up and started home.  I decided to make one more stop and spotted it in a large brush pile fairly near the road.  It was virtually on the ground.  I watched it for about ten minutes with another birder who had just arrived.

An added dividend was a bald eagle soaring over Amsden on the way home.

Subject: [UVB] Snowy Owl Back on the Fence Sunday 10:30 am

We could not find the Snowy Owl on Saturday, but we just saw it on the white fence today. We watched from around 10:30 to 11 am.  I will post some video later today. Corner of Route 106 and Route 10 in North Springfield, VT. I hope it stays for the afternoon.
