Novo Nordisk Funding Opportunity

 

Novo Nordisk invites Dartmouth researchers to participate in its Diabetes and Obesity Biologics Science Forum (see enclosed RFP).

 

Brief recap of the process and the timeline:

 

1.    A two-page non-confidential summary of the proposal needs to be submitted by June 2, 2014.

2.    Novo Nordisk will select proposals for full in depth presentations at a two-day Science Forum on October 1-2, 2014 at Harvard Medical School. Confidentiality Agreement will be signed ahead of the Science Forum sessions.

3.    Novo Nordisk will decide which proposals to fund following Science Forum and ask for full research proposal submissions.

Investigators from the research areas outside of diabetes and obesity are also encouraged to consider this opportunity. Previous Science Forums produced proposals from PIs working in areas such as neuroscience, nephrology, ophthalmology, cardiovascular, nutritional, genomics, etc.
