This morning In Lyme, a large (100+) flock of robins in a hay field bounded by NH Rt. 10, Whipple Hill Rd. and Culver Hill Lane. Is that where you think you saw your flock Jeff? Their colorataion was dark tending towards slate on the back, rich rusty-red breast and almost black-headed. Sibley's Atlantic Canada variant?

Yesterday morning, I had a flock of 20+ robins flipping oak leaves behind our house. A very April-like scene.

I counted 128 American Robins in a field a bit north of Post Pond in Lyme this afternoon on my way home.
