A spring afternoon walk up Storrs Hill reminded me more of an early fall day, with the sighting of 4 individual
Broadwing Hawks.  One was calling from the Tomapo maple stand on the way up Storrs Hill. The second I flush from
the middle of the hayfield ( my first thought was a N. Harrier), and 3 & 4 were flying in close proximity to one another headed
for Hanover.  All four were not bashful about vocalizing.
Savannah Sparrows were also very vocal and numerous.
