This morning my mom and I went on a birding trip to Lake Runnemede and Kendall Station Road.
We were looking for red-winged blackbirds, but didn't find any.
At Lake Runnemede:
Red-tailed Hawk, Song Sparrows singing, and a lot of male Northern Cardinals.
Also a large flock of sixty Canada Geese flying north.
At Kendall Station Road:
A lone Canada Goose among almost 70 Mallards and three Hooded Mergansers. One red-tailed hawk and one carolina wren (heard only.)
