After birding all morning into the afternoon, I figured I'm on a roll - so I headed north to Fairlee.
It was worth the trip - 43 species total, with a lone female NOPI as the highlight.

> Northern Pintail 1 female - mixed in with CAGOs - took flight, good views of long slender neck, buffy colored breast/belly, pointed tail (shorter than male's of course), white edge to secondary feathers. Lacked the bold white bars of a mallard as well as the speculums, which ruled out female mallard
