OK, I bet I know what the problem is. My ISP has contracted with Google to provide mail services, and one of those "services" is that Google "helpfully" doesn't send me listserv messages that I myself have originated, apparently on the theory that I already know what I said and don't want to be bothered with clutter.

What this means in practice is that I never get a chance to see AS A RECIPIENT what my messages look like at the other end. Thus I was unaware that the attachment didn't come thru. I am rectifying that by sending THIS message not only to the Dartmouth FMP listserv but also directly to Dan. It appears that the attachments will probably NOT come thru on the former, but I hope that they WILL come thru on Dan's personal message. If not, Dan, let me know, and we'll find another way to get them to you.

Also, if anyone else would like to see how this was accomplished, e-mail me OFF-LIST at [log in to unmask], and I'll send you copies.
