Bill Shepard and myself went to Herrick's cove and windsor prison:

The birds were very active at Herricks from 7:30-9 this morning.  Highlights included Blue-gray gnatcatcher, Veery, Magnolia Warbler, Wilson's Warbler, Cliff, Bank, Barn, tree swallow, spotted sandpiper, Red bellied woodpecker, and all the others that people have been seeing in good numbers at Herricks this week. The volume of catbirds in that area was remarkable.

Then a quick stop at the prison land in Windsor. Highlights there included  Blue-winged warbler, Brewster(female), Golden wing(male), towhee, field sparrow, snipe, bobolink.  All in all a great outing 67 species for the morning.
