Noticing that the river had dropped significantly today, I headed up to 
Pompy Flats after work.  There was a nice smattering of shorebirds there 
and at the mouth of the Ompompanoosuc (viewed from the RR tracks just 
south of the iron bridge).  Totals at the 2 sites combined:

Semipalmated Plover   13
Killdeer   4
Semipalmated Sandpiper    10
Least Sandpiper   10
Pectoral Sandpiper   1

If the water levels stay low overnight, and cloud cover remains low with 
precipitation, there could be some grounded migrants around tomorrow.
