ARCON Corporation located in Waltham, Massachusetts, is a high tech company providing specialized support to various agencies. We are seeking full time engineers, preferably with Ph.D. degree, in Electrical Engineering or related fields for our new Center especially devoted to various aspects of Tracking and Estimation.  Successful candidates will work in the areas of detection, surveillance, estimation and tracking related to Air Traffic Control systems.  Knowledge/experience of signal processing, mathematical modeling, algorithm development, system development and simulation with C or C++ coding is a plus.

ARCON has been conducting research and development for more than 50 years and is known throughout the agencies for its work on tracking and estimation.  We mainly support the FAA, Air force, Navy and DARPA. Please see air traffic systems, sensors and fusion and RWSL web pages at www.arcon.com for areas of interest. Majority of our employees hold Ph.D. degree.

US citizenship is NOT necessary but authorization to work in the US (Immigrant visa, H1-B visa or currently available OPT) and at least three years of stay in the US are required.
