Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

I've seen this. Something happens to the graphics hardware/software and the lines and buttons don't draw correctly anymore.

Re-install the OS on one of the affected computers. If it goes away, it was a graphics software issue. Hopefully, that's it.
