I have 25 years experience with Ellis' techs.
They are certainly not 'superb' by any standard more global than the Upper Valley.
One of them at least is good, I trust him with my horns.
But there is at least one (or at least used to be) who I consider not good.
She will not be touching my instruments.
Your mileage may vary, especially if you're not a woodwind player.
