Gosh, Brian, thanks! I keep deceiving myself into thinking I know my Mac, but 
it's obviously only an illusion. I had never spotted that small plus button, I just 
tried – my working life will be a wee bit simpler from now on. I'll call that the 
Brian effect. ;–))
