Pip already posted the impressive list of birds a small group found Wednesday morning at Boston Lot in Lebanon. I only saw a few of the species as I was concentrating on photographing several individual birds up by the lake. But when the group alerted me to their seeing a brown creeper in the clearing before the lake I went to find it and got lucky. I watched and photographed it working as it way up several trees around the perimeter of the field. For its efforts it bagged a fly. A brief slide show of the creeper and photos of a northern flicker, house wren, and common yellowthroat are at http://www.jimblockphoto.com/blog/ Jim Block Etna, NH **************************************************************** To post messages, send e-mail to: [log in to unmask] Set your e-mail application to PLAIN TEXT ONLY to post messages.
