I was quickly able to annotate a video from our Stanford Nonnative Rapper Contest in three different languages with three different character sets - cyrillic, japanese, and english. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5fbug_B9_M I did a screenshot of the annotation tool view and put it at http://www.stanford.edu/~jkautz/toolview.png The tool is beta and kind of flaky. It is a bit like free Virage Very handy. Kind of changes the rules, huh?
