Another surprise No. Mockingbird in the small park by Ledyard Bridge 
this morning (possibly the same bird seen c. 1 mile away yesterday?), 
also a White-crowned Sparrow.   This was the first time in 2008 I've not 
seen a single waterfowl below the bridge.
