Hello. I am wondering if there is a utility for Win XP that provides a floating window with clickable accented vowels for input into text areas in web interfaces. We train students how to type these vowels but so many students are taking tests and doing assignments in our lab, I am looking for a simpler way to support diacritic input. Is there such an animal? I want to avoid cutting and pasting solutions. A simple click on a symbol should insert the letter. XP's On Screen Keyboard found under the accessibility programs works fine but I cannot find the accented vowels. If I could customize this tool to show letters that I want, it would work fine.
