I am a very computer literature teacher who has lots of technology savvy. Although I would learn Java or other operating systems I prefer not t= o if there is already inexpensive (possibly free) relatively easy to use stuff out there. 1. I am looking for a program that will allow me to create self correcting fill in the blank/ cloze/ matching etc activities to build directly into my website. For those who are familiar with Quia.com, I have been using their services but would like something I could host myself and which was a little more flexible. 2. I am planning on writing an entire e-text book for second year Spanish. I need a multimedia environment that can support video, audio, web linkage, self correcting activities etc......etc. Basically I am looking for an extremely malleable environment that I can get at the language =66rom all sides. I have been pre-viewing Authorware 6 from Macromedia and see it as a decent option. Any and all feedback would be welcome. Aaron V. Stephenson Language Department Lawrence Academy [log in to unmask]
