        I would just like to add that I never thought this discussion would 
become so heated.  There is  no way a small, very specific, publishing
company can compete with big ones who make their money by charging
exorbitant prices for books. 
        It might help to deal directly with Ms. Chen when unexpected,
urgent situations arise.  I, too, have found her to be very
cooperative.
