Phi Tau is located right behind Kemeny, some of the most prime real estate on campus, enjoying both a comfortable distance from high-noise areas of campus and easy walking access to Frat Row, Baker-Berry, and Collis.
We have a full kitchen with plenty of utensils for the avid chef, spacious common areas, and plenty of other amenities.
There will be plenty of opportunities to meet siblings and people from across campus at our signature Milk and Cookies, Murder Mystery, and Sundae Evening eXtravaganza events.
We also have a parking lot right in front of our house, which makes it very easy to host guests from off campus.

Heyo! Looking for 24F housing?
Are you someone who is not a '27 (sorry, we still love you!), who will be taking classes for 24F, and who plans to have at least an 80 block meal plan?
Come live in Alpha Theta! We're a gender-inclusive Greek house cozied up at 33 N Main St, so we're super close to Kemeny, Moore, Baker Berry Library and Frat row!
