Error during command authentication.

Hello,  

This message is for any student organizations that are planning or interested in planning events during Green Key Weekend. In an effort to coordinate communication, better support student organization events, and create a centralized schedule of Green Key events, the Office of Student Life is requesting that organizations submit their proposed events by the dates below:

 

Organizations planning to host any outdoor events during Green Key Weekend must submit their proposed event via the web-form by Friday, April 6, at 11:59pm. This will allow time for the necessary town permits and planning to be in place.

 

Any other events taking place over Green Key Weekend must be submitted via the web-form by Sunday, April 30, at 11:59pm. As this will put us in the three-week window before Green Key Weekend, events should be very close to "finalized" at this point.

The Town of Hanover, Conferences & Events, The Office of Student Life, Safety & Security, and FO&M will use this information to resolve any scheduling issues, finalize confirmations, and create a central schedule.
