The Student Mindfulness Group is having a secular meditation and yoga retreat next weekend, the morning of Saturday 10/20 through the morning of Sunday 10/21 in the Class of ’66 lodge. Meditation and yoga teacher Kyle Kaplan will lead us in meditation, yoga, reflection, and a short walk in the woods. There will be time set aside for school work as well*. The retreat is free, and food and transportation will be required.
