Your Green Key wristband has been delivered to Hinman! They will start to appear in your hinman box starting @ now!!!
Hold on! It's ok if it isn't there yet. All wristbands will be delivered by 1:00PM on Saturday. Hinman is efficient, but individually handling
4,500 envelopes takes time. (Trust us, this is what we did all last night…)
1) Open your packet, slide it onto your wrist and tighten!
2) Once your wristband tightens, IT WILL NOT LOOSEN. PUT IT ON YOUR WRIST BEFORE YOU TIGHTEN IT
a. The clasp only moves in one direction.
b. If you do end up tightening it by accident before it is on your wrist, don't panic. Just slide the clasp all the way off and feed the ends of the wristband back into it. Ta Da! Brand new, un-tightened wristband.
3) This wristband is for YOU only
a. PB loves you all, and we have put countless hours into making this as smooth and easy a process as possible. Please do not invalidate our time or jeopardize next year's concert by misusing your wristband.
Guest Wristband Registration:
When: Noon – 2:00PM, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Where: Collis Lobby Table
What you need:
1) Your Dartmouth ID
2) Names of guests you want wristbands for
3) Your wristband already secured around your wrist
A few notes about guest wristbands:
a. Do not sign up guests who do not intend to come to campus
b. Your name and Dart ID number is uniquely tied to each wristband by the specific wristband ID number
i. Any
and all misconduct on the part of the guest will be tied directly to you because they are your official concert guest
c. These new security measures are to ensure that only people affiliated with Dartmouth come to this concert. This year's concert is under
HIGH SCRUTINY
i. IF THIS NEW SECURITY DOES NOT WORK TO ENSURE THAT ONLY DARTMOUTH AFFILIATED STUDENTS ARE AT THIS EVENT, THERE MAY BE NO GREEN KEY NEXT YEAR. If we all work together, this will be the best Green Key Concert yet!
Golden Ticket Winner:
There is a golden ticket in one of the 4,310 envelopes. It is redeemable for two passes to come backstage and meet the artists. Instructions
for how to claim the prize are on the ticket.
