Koru Mindfulness Retreat

A half-day silent mindfulness experience (no experience necessary!)



Reconnect to yourself and find ways to de-stress at a time of year that is often hectic, and apply

skills that can enhance your immune system, concentration, energy, and your ability to enjoy life.



The day will include practices with:

Meditation

Yoga

Mindful Eating

Mind/body skills for relaxation & wellness
