Kenneth and Harle Montgomery Professor of Public Interest Law and Co-Director of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, Stanford Law School, Pam Karlan is one of the nation's leading experts on constitutional litigation, particularly with respect to voting rights and anti-discrimination law. In this lecture, she will share her insights on how we should think about constitutional rights, especially given the current political and legal climate.
