In addition to meeting people from different backgrounds, IGD participants will have the opportunity to engage with fellow Dartmouth students in authentic conversations about challenging topics.

Through story sharing, reflective prompts, and group collaboration, participants will explore issues of identity, diversity, and inequity at Dartmouth and beyond.

Each group will meet separately over the course of seven weeks.  Additionally, participants will attend a retreat midway through the term (Oct. 14) to prepare to transition from dialogue to actively creating more inclusive and just communities.
