The Student Wellness Center brings you

A 4 week intro to meditation & mindfulness class designed and proven effective, specifically for college students!   

 

Learn different, accessible styles of meditation each week to find the mindfulness practice that works best for your personality and life. Koru is perfect for beginners and students looking to deepen an existing practice. Note: You must be able to come to all 4 classes to enroll. Classes are held once a week for four weeks in a row. 

 

The final Koru class offered 16S will be: 

Tuesdays 4-5:20pm (5/10, 5/17, 5/24, 5/31) with Instructor Maria Sperduto. Weather permitting, some classes may be held outside.
