Hi Friends!

In the spirit of Earth Week and the talk yesterday on Queerness and Climate Change, tonight we will be talking about stewardship of the earth!

From Genesis to the Gospel, the Bible frequently describes humanity's dominion over and responsibility to the earth. However, what exactly does the relationship between human and Earth look like?

Discussion questions may include:

- What exactly is meant by "dominion" over the earth and its creatures?

- What expectations are there of humanity's stewardship over creation, both on a personal and social level?

- Is there a difference in our relationship to the parts of creation we use (for materials, food, etc.) and those we don't?

- How can we examine climate change through a Biblical lens of stewardship?

Join us tonight at 9 pm at the Canoe Club for discussion over a round of free drinks and garlic fries!

Peace,

Marielle
