Learn skills for calming the mind and relieving tension from your body for finals and beyond! Feel free to come as you are -  no experience or special clothing necessary!

20 minute group sessions including 10 minutes doing specific stretches and body opening techniques with Anna Terry, Director of Integrative Health, Peak Performance and 10 minutes of mindfulness exercises led by Wellness Peers and Dartmouth on Purpose members!

Open to all students!
