The Cat and the Hat Comes to Winter Carnival!


  *   We'll divide up members into committees to plan events such as the Polar Bear Plunge, Human Dogs Sled Races, & the Ice Sculpture.
  *   Council members will help later vote on the Winter Carnival poster and t-shirt designs.
