Do you... Love talking to new people? Ask too many questions? Have strong opinions?

Or do you... Want to learn how to shoot videos on a DSLR? Edit photos in Lightroom? Use Adobe InCopy and InDesign?

Or would you like to... be a part of America's oldest college newspaper, work at The New York TimesThe Wall Street Journal or win a Pulitzer Prize?

Come to The D's open house this Tuesday at 2 p.m. in our offices on the 2nd floor of Robinson Hall (the building where you met your DOC Trip)!

We are hiring, and we want you! Our openings are in all sections, including: News, Opinion, Multimedia, Arts, Sports, Mirror (weekly magazine), Dartbeat (The D's blog), Photo, Design, Comics, Layout and Templating, and Copyediting. Fill out our hiring form to receive a copy of our application.

If you've ever thought about a career journalism, now is the time to get involved. You don't have to be a writer to find a place at The D — our photo, multimedia and tech staffs would love to have you. For the artistically inclined, we have comics and design. For those interested in developing their skills without reporting, we have copyediting, templating and layout.

Don't worry if you don't have experience — we pride ourselves on being a teaching organization. We will teach you the skills you need to be successful.

You never know, you could be the next Mindy Kaling (D'01 and former D comics artist).
