You are cordially invited to attend
Management Leadership for Tomorrow's (MLT)
upcoming recruiting and information session
Food will be served.

Location: Kemeny 006
Date & Time: Thursday, November 13th at 6 pm

If you are a minority student with an interest in business, non-profit and entrepreneurship, MLT's Career Prep Program (CP) is for you. Featured in Fortune, Business Week and on CNN's Black in America, MLT lands fellows with internships and entry level positions with leading firms. Over 200 selected fellows will partner with a career coach, attend 4 professional development conferences around the US (all expenses covered) and have an opportunity to intern with a prestigious MLT corporate partner, like Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Google, Target, Citi, Deloitte, Booz Allen, CAA, Pepsi, Mondelez and Teach for America. MLT consistently achieves a 95% job placement rate year after year (the national rate averages 25%) and 90% of its fellows describe MLT as a “life-changing experience”.

***One of our speakers will also introduce "Sponsors for Educational Opportunity" ("SEO"). Since 1980, SEO has provided college students of color with paid, summer internships in competitive industries. Through training, mentoring, networking, and support, over 75% of eligible interns have received full-time offers in banking and private equity, corporate leadership, law, and non-profit roles. This program is highly selective, but when selected, summer interns earn a pro-rated salary consistent with entry-level salaries for professionals in the area they have chosen ($700 - $1,300 per week).
