Bob's Bio
Bob Wetzel graduated from Dartmouth in 1975 majoring in economics, government and theater.  He spent five years working in the insurance industry before attending J.L. Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern, where he received an MM with concentration in finance, marketing and strategy.  In 1982, Bob joined what was then the management consulting division of Arthur Andersen and Co, which became Andersen Consulting and ultimately Accenture.  He spent 11 years in the Hartford, CT office specializing in the insurance and financial services industries; and then 9 years overseas, living in Germany and England while working for major international insurance and reinsurance companies throughout Europe.  While at Accenture, he was a founding partner of the Change Management Practice; led the Insurance Industry consulting practice in Europe; led the design, build and marketing of software for insurance investment operations; and led the Enterprise Management Practice in the Financial Services Industry. Bob enjoys jazz singing, and performs with Dartmouth’s Handel Society. He served as alumni Chapter Counselor for his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and provides career development advice to undergraduate brothers.
