Thriving @ Dartmouth is an 8-week program that will explore what it means for you to truly thrive from a holistic
perspective.
This series of interactive practices will equip you with the skills to cultivate behaviors that promote
balanced nutrition, stress management,
movement, sleep hygiene, and other core components of health and wellness.
The class will be held twice a week, Mondays 3-5 pm and Thursdays 4-6 pm.
Registration is open until Sunday. Not open to freshmen this term.
