Wine Discovery
Students will learn the basics of wine appreciation using the nine essences of wine tasting. Participants will be exposed to a broad spectrum of wine through variety, type and location. Students will learn tips on how to order and buy, as well as standard wine etiquette and pairing. Each participant is asked to prepare a question to present to the class. Must be 21 or older to enroll. ID required at first class. First class is MANDATORY.

Join Collis Miniversity and Harry Enten ’11, senior writer at FiveThirtyEight blog TONIGHT, May 8, for the second event in Collis Miniversity’s “Not Another Lecture Series!”
 
We’re excited to welcome Harry, who will be talking about his journey from Dartmouth to the world of political journalism, including his time as a writer for The Guardian. The program will be an informal lecture/discussionThis is an excellent opportunity to get firsthand information from, and face-to-face discussion with, a successful young alum in the political arena.
