MOVING DARTMOUTH FORWARD: CAREERS, 12 pm and 6:30 pm, Hood Auditorium/Fahey Ground Floor Lounge
The fourth meeting in the "Moving Dartmouth Forward" series will be held today. It will focus on professional development for life and will be led by Dan Parish, the Director of Dartmouth for Life, and Roger Woolsey, the Director and Senior Assistant Dean for the Center for Professional Development. The event will be held from 12-1 at the Hood Auditorium and 6:30-7:30 in Fahey Ground Floor Lounge.

ECO MEETING, 8 pm, Robo 106

PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL BEING AND SUSTAINABILITY, 12:30-1:30pm, Paganucci Louge in '53 Commons
Join us for lunch and Discussion with Dr. John Christopher, Prof of Psychiatry at the Geisel School of Medicine. John specializes in deepening the theory, research and promotion of well-being, focusing on health psychology and behavioral medicine. John will help the Cafe audience rethink our definitions of psychological well being and explore its role in pursuing sustainability.

SUSTAINABILITY SALON WITH TERRY TEMPEST WILLIAMS, 4 pm, Mink Brook Trailhead
Join Terry Tempest Williams for her annual "Sustainability Salon" series sponsored by the Environmental Studies Program.  This year's focus will be on "The Naturalist's Gaze" as participants will make three walks along the Mink Creek Trail to chart the changes in the unfolding of spring. Salon discussions will include the work of poets and naturalists Henry David Thoreau, Emily Dickinson, Rachel Carson, John Burroughs, and Richard Jefferies. These walks are open to the Dartmouth community: students, faculty, and staff; and to the Upper Valley community, at large.
