You don't have to be an expert--you just have to have an opinion! *Mon Apr 7, 7-9:45pm: Cine Salon (Lost Films Found**): 1812* (Mayer Room, Howe Library) *1812* is a stunning audiovisual reworking of the classic 1967 Russian film *War and Peace *by Sergey Bondarchuk. The original spectacle, perhaps the most elaborate and expensive film ever made, provides the jumping off point for artist Carlos Casas's immersive exploration of Tolstoy's novel. The result is an experimental collage masterpiece of epic proportions. *Mon Apr 7, 7-8pm: Music Video Monday* (Digital Lab, Black Family Visual Arts Center) Teams will compete to guess what the music video for a song would (should?) be. Bring a team of friends!
